The Breath of Trees
Inhale. Pause. Exhale. Pause.
Walking down a forest path, the sound of your feet crunching the new fallen snow. The trees seem to stand majestically eloquently wrapped in layers of snowflakes. Bearing the weight yet so still – serene, peaceful. With a glance it seems there is no movement. Silence.
Inhale. Pause. Exhale. Pause.
A moment that ripples a wave of unbridled bliss. Guided by wisdom from the heart you are caught up in the rapture of the breath of the trees when you yourself are still. There is a growing awareness in your heart. This place of stillness, ease and love grows and surrounds you. Breathe into it. Allow it to nurture you. The gentle inhale and exhale of the trees is felt within, an extension to your soul. A connection that even words standing on her tippy toes trying to reach for the sky and sail with the wind, is unable to truly paint the picture.
Inhale. Pause. Exhale. Pause.
Nature is the outward reflection of what our soul is and calling for us to be. It lovingly holds all with grace, compassion, patience, and wisdom. This place of stillness, ease and love grows and surround you. It is the essence and breath of who we all are.
Inhale. Pause. Exhale. Pause.

The Dance
It all begins with an idea.
Music that is felt to the very depths and core of who you are, unlocking the mysteries of life, allowing you to reach where you thought it wasn’t possible and taking flight with your wings, is the dance that we all yearn for. It is a gift bestowed to all if we choose to follow the melody and rhythm that calls to us.
The push and pull of the dance that is felt is neither jarring nor jolting when your heart is leading. It moves us through light and dark, joy and sorrow, love and anger, with a serendipitous glide that is exhilarating and palpitating. Both are equal yet present such different views of who we are and who we are called to be.
This is the dance of life.
Life is not meant to leave you stuck in sorrow, lost in anger or blind in darkness. It is the constant movement of yin and yang - that is the dance. It touches both sides of who we innately are, for us to understand, feel empathy, and hear the whisper of the unconscious knowing that feeds the soul and allows us to spring into our next step.
The beautiful rhythm of each movement carries us across and around the dance floor, spinning through challenges in one moment, and then leading us to pause and enjoy our sweet reverie, suspending time, soaking in the views, allowing our heart to feel the pulse of the present moment and know that we are exactly where we are meant to be.
Fall in love with the dance, with all parts of who you are. They are all beautiful. The darkness allows for the unearthing of the enchanting and mesmerizing beauty within.
The knots and the unevenness in the dancefloor do not need to inhibit the dance – they enhance it. They can make it challenging, but do not let it defeat you because the overall feel of the dance, your inner song, carries you through the difficulties and opens the door to appreciation and gratitude.
This is the dance of life.
So, go out and create your own dance. Give your hand to your heart allowing it to sing and colour your life with all the aspects of this human experience. Move and shake your way through each day, knowing your dance partner will always hold space for you, even through the dark times. You are never alone.
You are the dance.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
